Recommended rollout

  1. SMTP - Admin portal → Integrations → configure Gmail App Password.
  2. Add user - Users → Add user. Windows username must match the PC account (domain = PC hostname for local users).
  3. Send invite - User detail → Send enrollment email. User activates on phone (PIN + last 4 digits).
  4. Deploy Windows agent - Downloads → FleetfoldMfa-Setup.zip on each PC → reboot once.
  5. Test login - Sign out → enrolled user → password → push approve on phone.
  6. Offline (optional) - Policies: deny when offline (default). Grant per user only if needed.
