Complete setup on your phone first
Your IT team will send you an enrollment email. Everything you need is in that email — this page explains what it contains and what to do next.

Sign-in verification setup
Hello [Your name], your administrator enabled multi-factor authentication for Windows sign-in.
1. Download app (ZIP - if APK stuck)
2. Activate in app
- Install FleetfoldMfa.apk on your Android phone.
- Open the Activate in app button (your personal link).
- Enter PIN [shown in email] + mobile number last 4 digits.
- Keep the app installed for push at Windows login.
Link expires in 7 days · Optional note from IT may appear above the footer.
Step-by-step (same order as your email)

Install Fleetfold on your Android phone
In the email, tap Download app (ZIP) if the APK is slow or blocked. Install the APK and allow install from browser/Files if Android asks.
- Enable notifications when the app requests them.
- iPhone: use the mobile web link in the email (native iOS app may not be available).

Tap “Activate in app”
This opens your personal enrollment link — only valid for you. Do not share it.
- If it opens in Chrome, switch to “Open in Fleetfold app” or paste the link in the app.

Enter PIN + phone verification
The email shows your enrollment PIN (often a 4-digit code set by IT). Enter:
- PIN exactly as written in the email
- Last 4 digits of your mobile number
- Complete QR / secret key setup if prompted

Windows PC — IT installs the agent
You do not download Windows software from this guide. IT installs FleetfoldMfa-Setup on your work PC and reboots once.
- After that, your enrolled account uses MFA at Windows sign-in.
- Other users on the same PC keep normal Windows password unless IT enrolled them.

Test sign-in
Win+L→ Sign out (not lock) after first PC install- Select your account → enter Windows password
- Approve the push notification on your phone
No enrollment email? Ask IT to add your email in the admin portal and click Send enrollment email. You cannot self-enroll without that link.
Common questions
- What if the email link expired?
- Links expire after 7 days. Ask IT to resend from your user profile in the admin portal.
- Push did not arrive at login?
- Keep the app installed, notifications on, and phone online. Ask IT to verify the Windows agent is installed on your PC.
- Can I sign in without internet?
- Only if IT enabled offline access for you. Then use the 6-digit code from the app. Push always needs internet.
- Wrong Windows username?
- Your Fleetfold username must match your Windows login name. IT fixes this in the user profile.
